sexy actress Hansika rejected to do an item song in Vikram's movie Rajapattai. Vikram personally requested Hansika for this song as he wants a popular face. Despite being a big admirer of Vikram, she denied to do it and stated that she would never feature in any item song. Hansika feels that doing item songs is not good for heroines down south as there is a notion that heroines accept such offers when their career is sliding down. We all know what happened to Shriya after doing an item song in Vadivelu's film.
Hansika too had a bad experience with item songs as her Tollywood journey suddenly hit a roadblock after doing an item song in Prabhas
movie Billa. She did it for Meher Ramesh, whom she considers as the brother from another mother.
