The challenging star has to complete three nights at Parappana Agrahara prison on the outskirts of Bengaluru for the assault complaint filed by his wife Smt Vijayalakshmi on early Friday morning. The five page complaint filed by Vijalakshmi at Vijayanagara police station and later admitted to Gayathri Nursing home reached the AMC Judge residence around 6.30pm and said she fell down in the bath room and in mental depression she signed the complaint to Vijayanagara police. She urged the judge Venkatesh Hulgi to grant bail as everything is good between her and Darshan in the family life.
On behalf of Darshan advocates Raghavendra Reddy and Krishne Gowda presented the bail application but the non availability of government advocate pushed the bail hearing to Monday. Actor Darshan was taken to Parappana Agrahara prison and he will be kept at the place where Khatta Subamania Naidu was placed. The bail hearing for Darshan is on Monday says the duo advocates who have taken up the case.
