Dhanush has recently announced that his wife, superstar Rajinikanth's elder daughter Aishwarya, will soon make her directorial debut. Being a great movie buff, Aishwarya usually accompanies Dhanush for all his shootings and has also assisted a few directors, including Dhanush's brother Selvaraghavan in his Karthi starrer Aayirathil Oruvan.For the past few months, she has been busy preparing the script. The project will reportedly be announced after Rajinikanth's complete recovery. In her maiden film, Dhanush will be the hero and Shruti Haasan was announced as the female lead. But due to date problems Shruti has backed out from the project now.
"Happy Birthday to Dhanush, won't be working with him on his latest project because of dates, but wishing him a great day and his entire team a great movie," Shruti tweeted.
There are reports that Aishwarya is now likely to cast Amala Paul as the female lead.
